DrRodriguez is compassionate, thorough, and intelligent - you couldn't find a better primary care physician
He always takes his time. He is thorough and concerned. He follows through on all. His nurse Cindy is excellent and super! She always answers the patient portal; she is concerned about the patient & patient's life, as is Dr. Rodriguez.
My 82 yr old mother has been a patient of Dr. Rod for numerous yrs. She has dementia & recently broke her ankle. We needed a wheelchair leg extender to transport her to the dr. After almost a week of communicating with 4 staff members requesting the proper documents be sent to the medical supply company, less than 24 hrs before the appointment I receive a call from Carlos, stating I called to many times & was rude. I stated I was advocating for my mom's health. Wrong form sent, appt missed.
He saved my life. Insisted I see a urologist for possible prostate cancer. The cancer was caught in time and now I am cancer free.
