Management does not care about employees, if you are sick or in a car accident it doesn't matter get to work or it's held against you. If you have suggestions for better work environment or less double work, go away as management doesn't do anything or you're just laughed at. Average employee turn over rate is 2 employees a month.
Been with them for nearly a decade and couldn't be happier! Never had a problem and I have been treated very well by all the staff. Highly recommended!
I start working through Abel personnel back in 2009...I worked one long term assignment for 3 years .When the assignment ended they immediately had my next assignment ready within a day or two. That's when they placed me with a temp to permanent assignment. From that assignment I was hired permanently as an enrollment specialist. Not sure how this company found me (My resume was on a few sites). But I am OH so glad they did!! I LOVE working for them. They are compassionate, honest and truly care about their employees....I TRULY hope they get more assignments in Baltimore area because I would LOVE to continue to work for them when this assignment ends:)
