I've been trying to get my father's military marker leveled for two years and every time I call now I just get the run around. When I first called in the fall of 22 they said it would be done the following spring. When I called in the summer of 23 I was told they were really busy but he would pass on my request. When I called today I was told he didn't think they did that kind of work anymore but I could talk to so and so. After being on hold for a bit quess what? So and so had already left for the day.
