First and last time ever using the office to do business. Unprofessional staff, very Insensitive to the my family. Would not communicate with us as when we were allowed to go in. Restroom very unpleasant smell. Very disappointed with them.
I will NEVER recommend this place. My mother was brought here without our permission. We never selected this place as our funeral home. She was taken out of the hospital and brought here. Our paperwork was altered. They refused to give me a copy of the hospital paperwork that he had in his hand. He argued and hung up on my dad and our chosen funeral home
