Don’t take your car here they worked on my friends car and installed a used transmission. While the transmission was out of the car they should’ve inspected it for any additional parts seals or potential leaks. Instead they slapped it in told him it doesn’t need to be programmed and refused to do any additional work. The car shifts hard now because of this. I had a used transmission installed here, and my experience was extremely disappointing. As soon as I got the car back, transmission fluid was leaking all underneath the vehicle. Instead of taking responsibility and properly diagnosing the issue, the shop refused to acknowledge that the transmission may have needed to be programmed or adapted after installation.
