Tried to find my daughter a prom dress here, but the conversation some of the staff members were having at the check out counter was so obnoxious and unprofessional. It was distracting and really ruined our experience.
Ryann was absolutely wonderful to work with! She really took the time to understand my vision and helped me find the perfect dress. Her kindness and warm personality made the whole experience so enjoyable, and she made me feel completely confident in my choice. I would highly recommend working with her!

She was rudely approached without any tact or professionalism since the door was open to the public. There are so many ways to address the situation if it was a private event.
