This was my first appointment with Dr. Abeera Akram and I have to admit I was a little nervous as she appeared quite young. However, within a few minutes all my concerns disappeared. She took the time to listen carefully, answer my questions and explain everything in a way that made me feel comfortable and confident under her care. Het compassion and knowledge was evident throughout the visit. I left the appointment feeling reassured and grateful to have found such an excellent cardiologist. I would strongly recommend her.

I was very pleased, especially when she changed my blood pressure medication. I was unaware of the negative effects of Atenenol. I can't wait to start the new medication Dr. Akram ordered.
