Great job, our home sold in one day. Everything was out front and no problems. Never had a sale go so smoothly.
Do not trust this real-estate company. Their realtors drop the ball when it comes to settlement. They work with Tidal law firm which is another disaster. Settlement means you go to thebtable sign legal documents like deeds and titles then you get your money for the sale of the home. We signed legal documents but NOT the deed, nor the title. So the settlement isnt completed. They now expect me to lose a days pay to drive 2 hours down and 2 hours home. We also did not receive payment until 24 hours after closing.
Very friendly, takes time to explain exactly what going on. The entire team is very knowledgeable and extremely courteous. I will definitely use them again.
Our buying agent was good, selling was not. Would never use again, to many reasons to list.
