I had an appointment this morning at 8:30 am to see Dr Kutlar I got there and seen another lady whom I never seen while going to this clinic. This clinic has gone down hill since Mrs. Nadine and Mrs. Lisa left. Why would I have an appointment if you’re not gonna do an exam? Makes no sense to me but I’m currently looking for another Hemoc Doctor as of today.

I first met Dr. Kutlar in 2010 (I am a transplant from CT) He has ALWAYS been most professional and above all sensitive. Other health professionals praise him and his manner with his patients is obvious in the Sickle Cell Center. I am 73 years old and credit my sickle cell care to Dr. Kutlar for overseeing my care. I would not hesitate to refer others to him. Thank God for blessing me and directing me to him.
