Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? No, they never postpone my appointment Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? No Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? No Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Yes Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond

I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. Dr Al Wawi wrote a prescription for me that has to get prior approval from my insurance company I had called the dr office and they told me they would get it from the insurance company and they know they have to call the insurance company and request the forms I even gave the girl the phone no but she still has not summited it t... read more

No, I have to wait weeks before I hear back Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Kind of, but not very much Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? No

Dr Abdullah helped me tremendously. He thought of things to do to get me better that 2 other doctors did not. He addressed vitamin deficiencies and low testosterone levels. I have been seeing him for 3 months and already feel some better. I had to wait a couple of times past my scheduled appt time but it was well worth it. One girl who works the front desk acts like somebody took her lunch money from her every morning (bad attitude) She has since moved or been replaced. All other personnel were nice and helpful.

Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better Was this provider friendly? Yes Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Yes, they are known for being good at what they do Was this provider's office clean? Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was!

Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? Yes, I had to wait forever. Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen
