I came to Dr. Jalil for a more local neurologist. I already had a diagnosis but needed someone that wasn't in Dallas. He had me do an MRI. I received a call from a nurse who left a message that he was sending me to a neurosurgeon but I didnt even have a chance to talk with anyone and received the message after hours causing me to have to wait until they opened the next day to receive the information. I needed answers for the pain I was experiencing. Always nervous to see a new doctor. Dr. Jalil was wonderful. He explained procedures, asked if I was okay during them, and helped me understand what was going on with my nerves. His nurse that brought me back was amazing and friendly. Only negative was I didn’t feel like the front desk staff were welcoming or friendly. They are not who truly mattered. The back nurse and doctor are who mattered and were amazing.
The PT was very helpful for my balance issues and neuropathy. The therapists put me through a lot of good exercises to help with my issues.
