Great experience. I felt my needs were met and all my questions answered. I left with a plan and feel good about my care.
Staff was friendly, but the Dr didn't seem to really listen to what I was saying. I can understand if he can't help me, but he just talked to me, did a very basic physical exam then said he couldn't help me. Again, ok if he can tell I'm in the wrong department after just that, ok. BUT he then said what he thought might be wrong and read the symptoms of that. Not 1 symptom was on my list of complaints - not a single one. Did he even HEAR me?
