Excellent care/caregiver. I have much confidence in his advice and recommendations.
Great experience. I felt my needs were met and all my questions answered. I left with a plan and feel good about my care.
Staff was friendly, but the Dr didn't seem to really listen to what I was saying. I can understand if he can't help me, but he just talked to me, did a very basic physical exam then said he couldn't help me. Again, ok if he can tell I'm in the wrong department after just that, ok. BUT he then said what he thought might be wrong and read the symptoms of that. Not 1 symptom was on my list of complaints - not a single one. Did he even HEAR me? Dr. Halabi and everyone on his care team are wonderful. Lots of communication in advance. Everyone was prompt and efficient. Dr. Halabi is always completely present. He asks relevant questions and really listens. So fortunate to be in the UWHealth System.
Dr. Halabi explained and went over all of my questions to me. He took the time to answer them, and was very thorough. I appreciate him taking the time and I didn’t feel rushed!
