This doctor was very unprofessional; he needed discipline or ethics as a practitioner. He talked about a field he is not specialized in and refused to address the patient's concern. He noted that he could only see a patient for twenty minutes and declined to address why the patient was seeking service. I am trying to understand why Kaiser hires a person like this doctor, and I hope other patients do not experience what I went through. I would not have given him any star if i was allowed to.
