Amazing doc keep it up bro
Terrible customer service!!!!!!! I called to schedule an appointment for 2 weeks and every single time, someone picks up the phone and hangs up without taking the call. I just called once again and someone finally came to the phone ONLY to yell at me and said in a very loud and mean voice "CAN YOU HOLD?" and she placed me on hold, without letting me respond. She left me on hold for almost an hour and after getting tired of waiting I hung up.
They turned me away the day of my first appointment, my insurance expired and the receptionist was of no help whatsoever, drove 20 minutes for them to deny service and I have still have yet to find a doctor to cure my seizures.
So far Dr Halim has been the best. I have had epilepsy poorly controlled for 10 years. Out of 4 neurologists he has been the only one to point me in the direction of a treatment that could help me long term. Something to hopefully reduce medications
Dr. Halim is an amazing doctor and he takes up time with his patients, explain things thoroughly and make sure that you are satisfied. He took up time with me when no one else would with my complicated health conditions and took care of me for over a year until I had to move on to a pain management doctor. I seen him to this day if I need anything neurological. The office staff is not so nice but I know how to handle them. I highly recommend this doctor!!
Number 27 Marlins Unprofessional & poor record keeping. Extremely rude staff, the nurse who answered today got loud with me, and kept cutting me off while on my car phone with my kids riding with me, very embarrassing (other nurse just took up for her ignorance). They lost my child's insurance ID number and even my Peditrician's office does not recommend them because of numerous issues w/other patients. Not worth the hassle or stress they cause at ALL! Find another practice, trust me!
Dr. Halim is the BEST! He is patient, kind, and he actually listens & fixes the problem. Easy to talk to and he explains everything to you! Thanks so much Dr. Halim!
Dr. Halim is an excellent doctor with great credentials. He spends time with his patients and is very caring. I am very pleased with his staff and his office. By the way the previous comment about the office is not valid as the office is always clean and I confirmed with the staff that they have new chairs on order. The most important is that the doctor is a qualified and board certified & cares about his patients. Thank you!
The office is so dirty . Everything is dirty . The office staff very rude . The doctor is ok . Kind of serius he dont smile much . The chairs at the wating room are all damage broken . Kids go there please . I have never been in a office so dirty like that one .
