Literally sprayed my yard with grass killer by mistake, refuse to replace my entire yard that eventually died, then they ignored my phone calls, I was told they were going to call me back and work something out and they never did, and I used them for a long time over 10 years now, there's a newer owner who doesn't seem to want to be responsible for a mistake or care. She told me her insurance won't cover it, and acknowledged that they did it, Shameful!!! These photos don't even really represent how much grass they killed.
