Absolutely horrid customer service, never did anything to save money or get better rates, totally unnecessary middleman, do your own research and get your own policy. I saved 1700 per year when I got my own policy elsewhere. Called to cancel current policy and was met with a rude attitude. She never even said goodbye, just hung up. Don't bother. New policy took me 10 minutes.
Michelle is a life saver!!!!! Our last insurance company failed us miserably and ABCO picked up the pieces and excepted us unconditionally!!!! They went above and beyond so that my family could get back in our vehicles and return to work, and saved us money!!!! 10 out of 10 we recommend!!!!
