Absolutely horrid customer service, never did anything to save money or get better rates, totally unnecessary middleman, do your own research and get your own policy. I saved 1700 per year when I got my own policy elsewhere. Called to cancel current policy and was met with a rude attitude. She never even said goodbye, just hung up. Don't bother. New policy took me 10 minutes.
