The company took a deposit larger then the actual construction project cost and would not return the excess funds, even under court order. David Shorey you still owe me at least $13,500.00 plus fees and penalties.
They don't return my calls. They took 4 days to install my system. The salesman I went through was no longer employed by them. He called and let me know. All the technicians had been let go.
I purchased an HVAC system in 2022 from these guys and when requesting service in 2023 I never heard back from them. And I’ve been attempting for over a week to make contact with anybody there and all I’m getting is the voicemail and nobody has called me back. I would not recommend doing business with this company.
From an installation perspective they did a good job. I did have to go with lower grade efficiency panel than what I bought. They said due to supply and they gave me an extra panel. The issue I have had is communication. I call in for service on a failed inverter and the office says they will call you back and don't. You have to keep calling. Solar Edge warranty time is ridiculous. I will credit ABCO for coming out and putting in a lower power inverter to get me by, but this was after 2 months of not receiving my 2nd warrant... read more
