The team did an amazing job of installing a new PoE CCTV system, including a bunch of new Ethernet runs. The guys were helpful and courteous, and did excellent work, adapting to unexpected obstacles to deliver an excellent outcome. Thank you so much.
Very friendly but didn’t really know the Swann system we needed fixing. First he suggested we need a new recorder at a cost of $400. When he tried to install it, he told me the recorder was not compatible with our cameras. He then suggested the cameras (6 of) were no good. After further analysis he suggested the sensitivity settings could be adjusted, which seems to have addressed the issue. Glad we didn’t change the recorder or the cameras at a cost of $400 or $1,200.
