If you are looking for a pediatricians office that will be available when you need them, this is it! They have always been able to get in my three boys when ever I need them to be seen of sports physicals or sick appointments. They have male and female doctors so when your children get older they can decide who they want to do their checks with. I have been with Dr Schlossberg at ABCD for over ten yrs- ever since my son was born and have seen almost every Dr there- I have liked almost every one there, have been please almost 100% of the time ( and that's lot of appts in over 10 yrs!). They can see me whenever I call, make room for me when they can and are open on the weekend...what else could you ask for. We've been patients at ABCD for over 10 years. I appreciate that when my child is sick, they will see them that day. I like having a variety of doctor personalities so that I can find several good matches for my family and almost always see one of our favorites. I have always received prompt responses to messages left for nurses, doctors, and requests for medical records. My insurance has always been billed properly.
Service there is okay. Seems they may have certain employees overloaded due to too many Doctors working for little staff. Dr's and staff sometimes do not seem happy or sound tired and stressed over the phone.Working under the crack of the whip or over worked ? Hey as my children get the care that is required.
Going to ABCD Pedi was the best choice I ever made, they were very prompt and pleasant
