Fadi is the salesman that gives salespeople a bad reputation. He tells you what you want to hear until the minute he closes the sale. The unit took over a month to deliver. He charged for delivery that was over two hours late from their three hour delivery window & thereafter refused to refund it after the delivery was three hours late AND the old unit/garbage was left in my lawn.
