Just walked out of this location 10 minutes ago. The older guy totally ignored me the whole time I tried multiple ways to get his attention would never even look up! Nobody welcomed me in the store and I don't think there was anyone else to speak to. But I noticed on my way out he smirked that I was leaving. I don't know if he has a issue with black people but I PROMISE I will never do any business with ABC Warehouse in Battle Creek Michigan ever again.
I was able to make one phone call and get delivered the Speed Queen Dryer I wanted with out even going into the store. I was also offered a discount without even asking. Great customer service!
Very helpful and friendly workers with a great selection of recliners and couches. We got a power recliner loveseat and love it. Only trouble was that they delivered the wrong color, but the manager was helpful.
I went to ABC warehouse in BattleCreek, Michigan and Kevin Porter, the store manager over there gave me a great deal on a washer, and I am so pleased with it.
