I was able to make one phone call and get delivered the Speed Queen Dryer I wanted with out even going into the store. I was also offered a discount without even asking. Great customer service!
Very helpful and friendly workers with a great selection of recliners and couches. We got a power recliner loveseat and love it. Only trouble was that they delivered the wrong color, but the manager was helpful.
I went to ABC warehouse in BattleCreek, Michigan and Kevin Porter, the store manager over there gave me a great deal on a washer, and I am so pleased with it. He Took his time to Explain and show me the different features that was on the washer and how to work them.If you're looking for a washer, any time soon, just go to ABC Warehouse in Battle Creek, Michigan, Jacqueline, Crittenden, Albion.

The salesman, Steve Jones, was very knowledgeable and very helpful with our purchase of a refrigerator and the two young men that delivered it were extremely professional and helpful. In my opinion, they went above and beyond with their customer service. I cannot stress this point enough. I am sorry I did not catch the gentlemen's names, but they deserve more than what they probably get paid for the excellent work they do.
