I went here because it was in my neighborhood and had high ratings but I've got to say I found this place to be expensive and it had a comparatively small selection of glasses. It was also the worst optometrist appointment I've had. I won't be going back.
Dr Murphy and the ABC team in Hillsdale are the best. Every time I'm in the office I'm blown away by how much time and attention they give to each of their customers, not just me. Everybody is vip. Not sure how they keep up the energy, but respect to team ABC.
I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I had an appointment scheduled for Monday at 9:20 a.m. I arrived on time, only to be told that the doctor was out sick. While I understand that unexpected situations happen, the receptionist claimed they had notified me that my appointment was canceled. After I showed her that I had never received any message, she checked and admitted that, because they had recently changed their system, the cancellation notification was never sent. Donna's ABC Vision is not my prescriber. Too expensive for me! I will head to Americas best to have my eyeglasses adjusted!
Had my first appointment here and the service was wonderful. Front desk staff and doctor were all kind, informational, and professional.
