Donna just called ABC vision to confirm my appointment for Noon today and the receptionist denied my appointment. This is the third time ABC vision has cancelled to no fault of my own. I think it's time to find a new reputable provider.
Donna arrived a bit late for her eye doctor appointment. I have had my eyes examined here in the past. It's just a floater in my eye. You charge a fortune for new eyeglasses that I can't afford. I will research another provider in Portland Oregon that accepts my insurance. BTW ABC doesn't have my credit card you can't charge a late fee of $50.
I am disgusted with ABC Vision Source. I recently received an eye exam at the Hillsdale location for the second year in a row. I have a unique billing situation and was told that I would receive a follow up call to order contact lenses because the front desk needed to speak to their billing department. I had yet to receive a call over a week later, and decided to call myself to place an order as I am running out of contact lenses.
