So apparently I had an issue with my insurance provider and part of my bill wasn't covered. I found out about this almost a year later, after getting a letter my bill was sent to collections. I never once received a phone call or email reminding me or asking me to pay, and since I've moved around any previous letters didn't make their way to me.
