They didn't even ask nor come to the door
A storm took down a large tree in the back yard on June 13, 2022. I called ABC tree service to remove the tree. They are located in Churubusco and so am I. They said as soon as they did the houses with tree damages, I was next. I called 1 to 2 times a week since the storm. Today I was told I must have got lost between the cracks. I think I'll call some one else.
I called this business to remove a tree limb from my property@ 12:30. The lady said they would be at my home later that afternoon or evening. I called @ 4 p.m to see if they were coming out. The lady said they would be out after 5 p.m. She couldn't give me an exact time[which I understood. They never showed up and she never called back to say they were not coming back that evening. That is no way to treat a customer! I would not recommend them.
I hired them to take down a spruce tree behind my salon in Fort Wayne. They were on time, professional, fast, and cleaned up after themselves nicely. I would definitely recommend them.
