This is a pleasant company that I like. Of course, I was kinda expecting low scores for ABC Tires & Auto because 1. It's still a small business. 2. Of course, people who have bad experience are more likely to go online and say things about it. It's obvious. ABC Tires is a fairly decent place that I wouldn't actually give 5 stars to. iI FEEL LIKE THIS PLACE IS FAIR ALSO, I HAVE USED THEIR SERVICES SEVERAL TIMES OVER THE LAST FEW YEARS. I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS. FAIR PRICE GOOD SERIVE, POLITE QUICK ETC.
DON'T EVER COME HERE. The owners have no idea what they are doing, along with their employees who are just a bunch of idiots anyway. They let their tires dry rot in the sun and tried to sell me a tire with a nail it when the reason I went their in the first place was to get a tire WITHOUT a nail. The reviews on here must be fake. When I was trying to have my problem resolved, 3 other customers were there with problems too! The first tire they sold me blew out in 8 days. The sidewall actually split!! I went back to them to get a replacement, since i was within the "10 day" warranty. The first tire they brought out was bald! The tires I originally bought had 70% tread. I had to literally stop the Asian guy who runs the store from mounting it and told him I needed a fair replacement. 3 days later I go to leave... read more
THEY REPAIRED MY TIRES AND DID A GREAT JOB. GREAT PEOPLE AND HONEST. DEFINITELY WILL RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
I purchased used tires from ABC Tires n New Port Richey and I am very happy with them. I choose the tires that I wanted and everyone was very polite. This is were I will go when I purchase my new tires.
This place is right next door to Dunkin Donuts on U.S hwy 19 in New Port Richey. They have the best allignment and new and used tire prices around by far.Not a fancy place by any means but the service is awesome
