After 25 years at $75.00 per month we have been paying extra for rodent control and ABC informed us that we had rat infestation in our attic and needed to pay them over $12,000.00 to replace the insulation. We pointed out that they promised to keep us rodent-free and they ignored us and asked to proceed with the insulation removal. We fired them and found a contractor at less than half the ABC price… beware..
ABC Termite & Pest Controls reviews are bought. They offer customers a discount to write them a review online. They also ask customers to name the employee that helped them in the review. I was unhappy with this company’s service when they came out for preventative spraying as they did not spray entire exterior of our home and only did the front and left side ( I know this bc I have cameras on my home ). RecommendedRyan was incredible! We've struggled with ants each summer so this year we called ABC. Ryan was on time, explained the process and options, and most of all didn't give us the sales pressure pitch! We have had them come out a second time for another treatment and signed up for the maintenance plan - not due to being pressured but because they were great to work with!
Had an unbelievable experience! First made an appointment with a national known company, got stood up and called ABC they came out within the hour and helped right away! Very personable, knowledgeable, professional and made me feel very comfortable. Definitely had my best interest in mind. I thought it would be a one time visit but after the treatment I received and how affordable it was I went with their scheduled program. The owner, Ryan Ross, came out to my house the same day I called in for service. He was extremely nice and professional. After explaining their options me, we agreed on the every other month program, and he treated my house. I was quite impressed with the prompt service, professional attitude, and caring nature. Looking forward to along relationship with ABC Termite and Pest Control.
They are knowledgeable, thorough, and respect your time. They took care of my silverfish issue and I have not seen a single spider in my house for almost 2 years since I started with them! Definitely worth the money and I highly recommend.
Very professional, knowledgeable and thorough! We called for a termite inspection because I spotted a couple of trails on the block of our home. Zac came and did the inspection. He explained everything and answered all my questions. I called a day later to get the treatment done as ABC was the best estimate I received compared to work done!
