Kelli has an absolutely rotten attitude! She has no customer service skills whatsoever and really needs some counseling if her life is that bad, that she has to be such an unprofessional see you next Tuesday on the phone. Our contractor, who uses your company for his supplies, asked us to call her to make an appointment so she could show us bay window options. Worst customer service, I was trying to buy a siding and the lady inside was making faces and with really bad actitud
Very rude staff. Should’ve read the other reviews before wasting my time here. The two old lady’s working the desk were anything, but helpful. Didn’t get greeted when we walked in then when we finally asked for help they couldn’t be bothered so we left. It was honestly impressive how poor their customer service was. Don’t spend a dime here!
ABC is always great
Just overall poor customer service. There is no acknowledgement when you walk in, everyone pretending to work, and when talking to them, they seem uninterested in earning your business.
