Worst customer service, I was trying to buy a siding and the lady inside was making faces and with really bad actitud
Very rude staff. Should’ve read the other reviews before wasting my time here. The two old lady’s working the desk were anything, but helpful. Didn’t get greeted when we walked in then when we finally asked for help they couldn’t be bothered so we left. It was honestly impressive how poor their customer service was. Don’t spend a dime here!
ABC is always great
Just overall poor customer service. There is no acknowledgement when you walk in, everyone pretending to work, and when talking to them, they seem uninterested in earning your business.
Horrible company. If you are a contractor DO NOT buy from this company and also the vender TAMKO. They do not help at all. Been telling them that the shingles we bought were all bad they had leaks. Customer is really upset and we have lost so much in labor. The brand we got is TAMKO HARITAGE THUNDERSTORM GRAY. WORST company!!! NONE OF THE TWO COMPANIES WANT TO HELP TO GET THIS RESOLVE. 0 stars from us.
