ABC supply is the best roofing supply company in town. Their dedication to service and attention to detail does not go unnoticed. Jace, brandon, and the rest of the team do an impeccable job and outperform any expectations that I may have. You walk into the office, you know you’re going to get a straight answer and the right information every time. Use these guys they are the best.!
I will never go back to these guys. The worst customer service I have ever had. I went in person to the store on Westcliff dr in Greensboro NC. Explain the type of material I needed for project and even showed pictures of the material order material and paid for it on the spot. When the forklift driver came around the corner, I immediately told him this was not what I needed. Was not pleased with the service. Our contractor told us to come to this store for assistance in picking new siding and gutters for our home. We showed up on a Saturday not knowing there wouldn’t be any sales reps to help us. The employee working that day was extremely rude/unprofessional, and told us “can’t help you come back during the week”. I am a truck driver delivering shingles to this place...I pulled in to get unloaded there was two employees sitting around chit chatting by their fork lifts not about work obviously by their body language and hand movements....I blew my horn and they just sat there and didn't proceed to unload me... Been waiting about a month for an estimate. Company can’t ballpark it, I’ve reached out and nothing. Salesman claims they are slow and behind. For an estimate. What a joke. Go somewhere else. Don’t waste your time with ABC
These idiots don’t have since enough to send the huge truck and supplies out after 8:00 to the customers home. I didn’t appreciate them sending the workers out to drop shingles on a roof that has a common wall and of course I was awakened by the dropping of shingles very loudly on the roof that I share with my neighbor. There is a noise ordinance in which they don’t abide
Very disappointed! Dean is unprofessional and did nothing he stated he would do and was clueless. Our window order questions were all answered by the manufacturer so ABC is a joke!! The manufacturer told us when the windows arrived and WE RENTED a UHAUL to pick up our windows. What a joke! Don’t use this distributor
We continuously have problems with ABC Fond du Lac. Lack of returning phone calls, incorrect ordering (just now, a whole pallet of leaf guards should have been ordered a month ago and just wasn't) delivering items without contacting and/or to an incorrect location. We have been charged on our charge card (which should never have been on file) for another business's purchase, and it took over a week to get back.
