We ask Troy the manager 5 times for a receipt after the 5th time we got it. We asked that our roofing panels come notched for our roofers to make the bend much cleaner and Troy lied to me saying they don't do that with the aluminum Roofing. I am try to get caps for the rib part of the roof. So hopefully he responds to that he has not offered to credit us for the mistake on their end. This is very frustrating.
