Their sales reps are extremely rude. My contractor tried buying a product and was told after waiting hours for the emailed quote, that they are busy and that they will attend contractors and then homeowners, my contractor told them that she is a contractor, but they did not help her. We have purchased in the Randolph ABC before, with no issues. I guess its not a company issue just the sales people in this branch.

The staff at this exterior supply location is top notch. All are very knowledgeable, and will go above and beyond not only to make sure to provide a fair price, but ensure quick and seamless service.
