Horrible service. I could give 0 star if I could. Will never go and order from this location again. The sale reps ( aka Scott) tend to ignore you even as a contractors. They only greet and talk if they know you personally. Rude on the phone and hang up interruptedly.
If you’re not good at backing, be ready for a long unloading time and hard work with the pallet jack. Their dock is all the way in the back corner of the building (see attached picture) and to get to it you must back up around the building and through a narrow opening in the fence. Very tight. If you can back to the dock, you’ll get unloaded quickly. If you can not back into the dock, you will park in front of the building, they will put a manual pallet jack in the trailer and you will have to move the pallets one by one to ... read more
