Absolutely horrendous experience here. First the phone rang and rang with no answer. I called in to confirm that they had a particular item in stock to which finally they answered and they said they did. I drove an hour up to the location and waited at the counter for service with no acknowledgement of my presence waiting for 15 minutes, just standing there.
