We got absolutely completely and totally ripped off from ABC. We have a roofing business and my husband had such a great relationship for years. We have probably given them over a million bucks in business over time. Long story short, we were given damaged materials and had to rip the whole roof off and redo it. Absolutely horrendous experience here. First the phone rang and rang with no answer. I called in to confirm that they had a particular item in stock to which finally they answered and they said they did. I drove an hour up to the location and waited at the counter for service with no acknowledgement of my presence waiting for 15 minutes, just standing there. Then the manager who I spoke to on the phone denied ever saying that item was in stock and he could not provide me with it. Overall wasted two hours of driving time, not... read more
