Great service
Customer service was at its best today. I was running late and the sales guy waited almost 15 minutes after closing for me. Now my roof can be done before the rain comes.
I stopped in here at 10:00 a.m. July 24th. To pick up some starter strips for my siding. The price was great but the customer service was awful. 10 people standing around outside waiting on someone to give them their order. One Hi-Lo driver trying his best to help everybody. Four people sitting behind the desk doing nothing. It took me 45 minutes to get eight starter strips. Totally unacceptable.
