The employees at that location who handle the calls are not the right people for customer service. They simply don’t want to do their job. They don’t assist you when you call, they just put you on hold so you’ll hang up. Terrible customer service.
I have a business account with them, but the customer service at this location is very poor. They put you on hold for hours every time you call the office so you get tired and block the call. The manager should be aware of this and correct this behavior.

I have never done this before in my 3 years as a salesperson, but I would like to give a special review to this team here. I came in at lunch time, interrupted the boss (outside) on his way to lunch and he still shook my hand and gave me a person inside that I could talk to. Upon entering the building 2 different guys (Keith and Robert) went out of their way to get me the person we needed to speak to.
