I delivered shingles to them in a semi truck this morning. I read the reviews and was expecting a complete shit show, but I was pleasantly surprised. I parked and slept overnight right in front of their gate hugging the grass. There’s really only room for 1 truck, but on the right side of the road leading up to the entrance there’s a bit of a shoulder you could park. Amazing customer service and staff is top tier. In and out in no time. Give these guys a raise because they're killing it in Customer service and friendly 👏 🙌 👌 👍
The employees at that location who handle the calls are not the right people for customer service. They simply don’t want to do their job. They don’t assist you when you call, they just put you on hold so you’ll hang up. Terrible customer service.
I have a business account with them, but the customer service at this location is very poor. They put you on hold for hours every time you call the office so you get tired and block the call. The manager should be aware of this and correct this behavior.
