What an amazing customer service experience this was! So rare in this day and age to have people go out of their way for you the way both Danny Soto and Spring Clayton did for me this week. I was having a problem with some screens and they both went way over and above to help me and get my problem -- which wasn't even their problem to solve -- solved. They are very nice and very helpful. Again the place is extremely small. They have another trailer sitting in the docking station. There driver park right in front of the docks. For a new driver it’s very difficult to get in. There are places for you to turn around. The manager came out to help direct me into the space. That’s why 4 stars. He was soft spoken but very good. The receiving lady is awesome as well.
