I was very disappointed because of the employees attitude and service. When I came in, I was initially ignored, and after I made it known that I was here to look for some glass-block, I was referred to the other employee. As he walked up to the counter, the phone rang and he answered. Instead of asking the caller to hold for a minute, he carried on a lengthy conversation, while the other employee just stood there.
