Great staff
ABC Supply in Conover, NC is the worst. It's bad enough that the customer service is terrible, but the way the manager treats his employees is ten times worse. He only cares about himself, not the hard working employees. If you want an overall great experience when you buy your building supplies, DO NOT go to ABC Supply in Conover, NC. I had to give 1 star because 0 was not an option.
Worst Manager ABC Conover has ever had and I will take my Company business to a different ABC or a different company if I don’t have time. The guy treats his employees like trash and I learned recently my favorite desk lady for the past decade has been canned! CRAZY language for a “professional” store never should hear GD in an establishment
The service was poor. The atmosphere felt unwelcoming, like they didn’t want to help. The staff had a bad attitude and didn’t seem interested in assisting customers. The manager was very brief—just straight to the point and done, with no effort to be friendly or helpful. Overall, it felt like there was a lack of care and customer service.
