The service was poor. The atmosphere felt unwelcoming, like they didn’t want to help. The staff had a bad attitude and didn’t seem interested in assisting customers. The manager was very brief—just straight to the point and done, with no effort to be friendly or helpful. Overall, it felt like there was a lack of care and customer service.
I recently purchased shake shingle siding from these folks NEWTON LOCATION FACTS: 1- I gave them one star only because there wasn't a zero. 2- I ended up with 3 boxes to much (about $600.00) shingles. After calling them on the telephone and being told I could return them, I drove for 2 hours and upon arrival they refused to accept the return. Incompetence at least by their employees.
