Ive been here 3 times for the same shingles despite ordering the right ones the first time. During my most recent visit they refunded the purchase ( 3-5 business days) instead of exchanging it. I guess ill be back again in 3-5 business days.
This place used to be extremely professional, knowledgeable, and courteous staff. In the past 18-24 months, poor management has completely ruined the store for purchasing gutter materials. There are 2x as many orders delivered/pulled wrong than right. I can count over 30 times in 2026 alone that we've gotten wrong parts/pieces/colors. Absolutely horrible branch! Will not be back even considering canceling my account with them. Delivery driver runs through my clients fence doesn’t give me a call or let my homeowner know what happened either just drops materials and leaves. Then when trying to return materials that I paid cash for they want to tell me that they will take all left over material but they want to mail a check in 7-10 business days.
