Worst place ever. Tim should not be working in service at all. Prices for some items are nearly doubled vs Home Depot
You raised the price of top coat to $140, even though Home Depot sells the same product for $120. What’s even more surprising is that I bought the same material from your other location just a week ago for $120. Your prices are over 20% higher than Home Depot’s. Your salesman, Tim, showed a complete lack of professionalism and sales skills. Instead of addressing my concerns or offering a solution, he told me to go buy the materials from Home Depot. As a contractor, I have established pricing agreements with multiple suppliers and regularly receive better pricing elsewhere. This level of customer service is unacceptable. It was a bad experience; the man provides poor service at another store. They confirmed they had the product I was looking for in stock, and he, knowing this and checking it in the system, denied it to me. Terrible service; I don't recommend buying there.
