You raised the price of top coat to $140, even though Home Depot sells the same product for $120. What’s even more surprising is that I bought the same material from your other location just a week ago for $120. Your prices are over 20% higher than Home Depot’s. Your salesman, Tim, showed a complete lack of professionalism and sales skills. Instead of addressing my concerns or offering a solution, he told me to go buy the materials from Home Depot.
