Would not recommend dealing with heartless people.
Called to speak to the owner and the man who answered was extremely rude, wouldn't speak to me or let me leave a message for the owner. I wouldn't trust this company as far as I can throw them!
I strongly suspect that Upper Cut tree services did not undertake their due diligence in obtaining permits to operate when they bulldozed the homeless community near Dietrich Park. The timetable at which the owner contracted Upper Cut relative to reaching a deal with the city to foot the bill could not possibly have accommodated sufficient time to file for an SESC permit, which is required of any activity on commercial property that disturbs soil within 500 ft of a river. I wish I could give zero stars. This company and its owners completely lack any sense of integrity. How are you going to claim to be a company that helps build homes, but instead tear them apart and leave people in ruins?
Zero compassion exists at this company. Gave no notice to a homeless encampment previously allowed to exist on its property that their camp would be swept and all worldly belongings destroyed. I would not trust them with any business.
