Small facility. Watch the forklift drivers. They will bump up against your rub rails if you don't watch them. Unloading time was average at 30-45 minutes. You literally have to pull into the gate to check in, as there's no room on the road to park your rig.
Fast unload here older guy on fork lift was cooler then fan I only gave 4 star cause you have to pull up to the lot across the street and back cross a simi busy street
Overnight parking is allowed. In the morning first unstrap all your load. Then at 7am go to store to check in. If you’re first in line they will start to unload you at 7:20-7:30am. Super fast guys. Around 5-7 min per truck. Be careful, do not block customers parkingby store office, they will ask you to leave.
