I visited ABC Supply to buy several windows and a door for a home office under construction on my property. It was my first time looking to buy for a "real" construction project and Ed did a fantastic job showing me options, explaining product features, requesting quotes, and maintaining timely communication. In contrast, while shopping around at local competitors I felt like I was only getting the bare minimum and often waited days/weeks between updates. Without a doubt, ABC Supply will be my first stop for new projects.
Brandon is an amazing employee well deserving of recognition! I called earlier this week for information on a previous order. Something I could/would be blown off elsewhere. Not only spending several minutes trying to find my order, he took my information and kept looking. Ten minutes later Brandon called with my needed information!!! ROCKSTAR performance!
