Jeff is a rockstar and epitomizes customer service and the company’s core values. From product selection to ticket creation to returning excess material, he truly made the process hassle-free. On the other hand, Ryan was difficult to work with and didn’t return calls. He displayed no urgency for customers dealing with contractors on a project. There are many things to consider when starting a roofing company, one of which is finding a trusted and reliable supplier. I’m more than grateful I choose and trusted ABC Supply! They have had my back since day one! From helping with orders, scheduling adjustments, unique materials I’m unfamiliar with, and the list goes on! The people in the Macon GA branch always come through for me and I am grateful to the relationship I have with them. 11/10 recommend!!! Shout out to Jeff Sheetz! Give that man a raise!!
