The worst run company I have ever encountered. They refuse to speak to you, won't return any phone calls and won't even communicate with my contractor. My supplies have taken 4 times longer than quoted and still haven't arrived. I am physically disgusted with this company

Talked to Louisa Phipps.... went the Xtra mile to help with an administrative problem... can't say enough about her inspiring efforts. Need 10 more of her and please have the boss give her a cookie..... the least the company can do to keep her happy.Very valuable rare employee!
