I usually deal with San Jose abc but really impressed with my experience dealing with Alex on a work order through this Oakland branch on San Leandro st. Alex is awesome and super knowledgeable and straight up it's refreshing to see someone who knows the product being sold to me. Really polite on the phone as well, these kinds of things will be the reason why I continue to do business with abc, and I wanted to give recognition to this guy, a true professional!. Came in to get a price quote told me to leave the list, they would call me and didn’t hear anything for a week. Called again told me they would call in 10 minutes didn’t hear back again.
