I've been to SRT many times. Bought some guns and equipment there too. The employees are very knowledgeable about items I was interested in, and offered their help without pushing for the sale. Good prices, good people. Check them out, you won't be sorry.Â
The people at the front desk are great. I gave them the measurements for my project and the material they said I neede was absolutely correct. This is a good office to get building material for your projects.Â
My house caught on fire Christmas night . I paid my house off in July with my severance package from a job I had for 26 yrs. When I did that my insurance lasped and I didn't know it. My family and I spend three days handing out fliiers asking for help and when I got to ABC ,Dustin donated all of the roofing materials and is triing to find some roofers for me. That takes some of the stress and burdon. Now thats a man with a heart .God bless him for kindness. Thanks DustinÂ
I was very disappointed because of the employees attitude and service. When I came in, I was initially ignored, and after I made it known that I was here to look for some glass-block, I was referred to the other employee. As he walked up to the counter, the phone rang and he answered. Instead of asking the caller to hold for a minute, he carried on a lengthy conversation, while the other employee just stood there. It's nice to go into a supplier and get someone who cares about me and my business. I had a siding project to do in the OBX and stopped by to get samples. I ended up redoing my siding and roof and bought everything from them. The first time I went there the guy helping me was very helpful and attentive, so I got his card. Turns out he was the store manager, Andrew Wroten. I had him order siding and then did the roof a couple months later in my beach house. 04 June 2010 12:00pm driving West on Atlantic and then Arlington Expressway. The Driver of a red flat bed truck tag#BO475S with a crane attached behind the cab was driving recklessly. The driver was tall gating compact cars, running red lights and speeding. This company needs to review its people and weed out the dangerous people.Â
The best selection or materials and customers service in the industry!!! Wonderful to work with.Â
Phil was VERY informative, knowledgeable, and helpful. He suggested the materials I would need and how to go about fixing my problem. *** Much better than Gus Gnorski on Fox 6.Â
