Two weeks ago I visited this hardware store, I didn't like the customer service, when I entered there were people at their desk, I had to ask if they could help me, one of their people said yes but didn't look me in the eyes and stayed on his computer, I asked for a specific shingle and he told me they didn't have it, I asked him when they would have it and with a sarcastic tone he said he didn't know, I asked him if it was discontinued or if they just didn't have any inventory he said I don't know, I'm a contractor I asked ... read more
