I've been using this branch fo several years for a roofing and siding materials, and the service has been consistently excellent. The staff is knolwedgeable, deliveries are usually on time and they do a good job communicationg if something is backordered. The inventory is better then most suppliers in the area, especially after hails when other places run short. Overall a reliable supplier that's easy to work with.The drivers are professional and make deliveries easy for my crews.
Wheeling branch was very helpful and nice. James took care of us and thru in some calendars, pens and pads of paper which always comes in handy.
When everyone in the company from the manager to the sales rep to the forklift driver has great customer service, And a great attitude You know the company is gold. I have deal with almost every Abc Supply in Illinois and they are all run by amazing people. That has to say something about ownership as well, But the reason why I go to this one is because out of all of them, Robert Bowers Has done an unbelievable job taking care of us Since like 6 AM to after hours hours On his days off.
