We had a major renovation going on with two additiona and a complete remodel of a 4 bed home. It was costly. My contractor purchased windows from ABC a year ago this October so almost a year ago. The sashes were delivered but they were the wrong style window. Contractor installed them reached out to ABC to rectify the problem. ABC states that they received the wrong windows from the supplier 3 times since October. In July 2024 ABC reordered the windows on a rush delivery. Still no delivery date.
