I called today to confirm if a shingle was in stock and a representative answered my call to suggest the phone was ringing like crazy and they are busy doing inventory and disconnected call . ABC do better . Is this how you treat your customers! If I could have gotten a name before the call hung up I would have . Very distasteful and uncalled for
The best ABC supply I've unloaded at thus far. The very friendly demeanor, the immediate eye contact, and sincere friendliness the moment you walk in the door. The guys in the yard are the same. Very fast unloading, the signs all make sense to follow to the right check in, and room to just swing around the building and out. It felt like I fell out of a time machine to when people weren't pressing phones, smelling like Marijuana and bumping your trailer with an attitude after bothering them, which is at a lot of places now.
